All billing questions can be answered by calling the MATR Billing Department at (412) 923-2411 extension 104 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m Monday-Friday. For after hours, you can leave a message and it will be answered the next business day.
If you are a new property owner in Robinson Township and desire water/sewer service from the Municipal Authority of the Township of Robinson (MATR), your first step is to contact MATR at (412) 923-2411 to inform the authority of your desire to start a water and/or sewer account. At which time, an application will be sent to you.
After completed, returned to MATR via:
- scan and email
- mail/in person at 4200 Campbells Run Road
- fax to (412) 923-2347
Please note we cannot accept emailed photos. The application has to be received by email in a scanned pdf version.
If you are a new property tenant in Robinson Township, the tenant, along with the owner must complete an Application for Water/Sewer Service. Tenants are required to place a $250.00 security deposit. It is refundable at the time the account is finalized.
